Dora and Tom Married
We love it when geeks wed! This delightfully awkward pair incorporated all of their favorite things into their Woodend wedding. When we asked Dora and Tom what their colors were, they replied, “all of the colors!” Dora is a graphic designer and created all of the printed materials. They were married under a quilt that Dora’s mom made, which was then hung at the reception as a backdrop for photos. The escort cards were Pogs. Tables included colorful wildflowers and physics apparatuses. Dinner was passed around family style and then guests enjoyed dancing and board games. Everyone was sent home with mugs of hot chocolate and giant cookies. There were so many awesome moments at this wedding its impossible to name them all! But because of the hugs, laughs, words and maybe the hot cocoa, everyone left with theirs hearts a little warmer.
