Darla and John Married

Philly! As most of you know, I lived in Philadelphia for 8 years. This is where my career began and still home to many wonderful people I met. One of those people is Darla. Latos stayed in Maryland to photograph another wedding (blog post coming soon) while I traveled to Philadelphia. It was a delight to receive Darla’s email that she and John were finally getting married. They kept things small and intimate, but so awesome. I met Darla and her sister, Val, at the apartment for some getting ready photos. We then took a mini bus with the rest of the family to the gardens at Independence National Historic Park. Darla and John allocated almost two hours for formal photos and this is one reason I love them! We were able to make some really fun images. The ceremony and reception took place at the unique and colorful Mask and Wig Club.
